Since this is a 90 degree angle, I think that x=62°. I'm probably wrong, though.

Answer:

x=62 degrees

Step-by-step explanation:

The two lines are perpendicular, therefore the angles they form are equal to 90 degrees.

Subtract 28 from 90 to get the value of x

90 - 28 = 62

x = 62 degrees

Have a great day!
