As a first step you have to simplify both sides of the inequality:

7z+24<-6z+8

Then, add 6z to both sides:

7z+24+6z<-6z+8+6z

13z+24<8

Now, we are going to subtract 24 from the both sides of the inequality:

13z+24-24<8-24

13z<-16

As a final step, you have to divide both sides by 13.

13z/13<-16/13

z<-16/13
