Multiply(2.3 x 10 -5) (3.1 x 10 12)

2.3*10-5=18

3.1*10 (dunno what to do with 12, there's no sign) but = 31 (that's w/o the 12)

Now multiply which = 558 (do whatever with the 12 to the equation.
